Baccarat Procedures

Baccarat is played with eight decks of cards. Cards which are valued under ten are said to be at face value while at the same time 10, J, Q, K are 0, and A are each given a value of 1. Wagers are placed on the ‘banker,’ the ‘player’ or for a tie (these aren’t actual individuals; they simply represent the 2 hands to be dealt).

Two hands of 2 cards will now be given to the ‘banker’ and ‘player’. The total for every hand shall be the total of the two cards, but the first digit is removed. For eg, a hand of 7 as well as five results in a value of 2 (sevenplus5=12; drop the ‘1′).

A third card may be given out depending on the foll. protocols:

- If the gambler or banker has a total score of 8 or nine, then both gamblers stand.

- If the gambler has 5 or lower, he hits. gamblers stand otherwise.

- If bettor stands, the banker hits of 5 or lesser. If the gambler hits, a chart will be used to ascertain if the banker stands or hits.

Baccarat Odds

The larger of the two scores wins. Successful bets on the banker payout nineteen to 20 (even odds minus a 5% commission. Commission is monitored and moved out when you leave the table so be sure to have funds left over before you leave). Winning bets on the player pay 1 to one. Winner bets for tie generally pays out at eight to 1 but on occasion 9 to 1. (This is an awful gamble as ties happen less than 1 every 10 hands. Definitely don’t try placing bets on a tie. Nevertheless odds are actually better – nine to 1 versus eight to one)

When played accurately, baccarat offers pretty decent odds, aside from the tie bet of course.

Baccarat Strategy

As with most games, Baccarat has some well-known false impressions. 1 of which is very similar to a roulette myth. The past is never actually a predictor of future results. Tracking of last outcomes on a chart is for sure a total waste of paper … an insult to the tree that gave its life for our stationary needs.

The most accepted and probably most successful method is the one-three-two-6 scheme. This process is deployed to magnify earnings and lowering risk.

start by wagering one unit. If you win, add 1 more to the 2 on the table for a total of three on the 2nd bet. If you win you will have 6 on the table, remove 4 so you have two on the third bet. If you win the third wager, add two to the 4 on the table for a sum total of six on the 4th bet.

If you don’t win on the initial wager, you take a loss of 1. A win on the first bet followed up by loss on the second creates a loss of two. Wins on the first 2 with a loss on the third gives you a profit of 2. And wins on the first three with a loss on the 4th mean you break even. Coming away with a win on all four bets leaves you with 12, a profit of ten. Therefore that you can fail to win the 2nd bet 5 times for every successful streak of four bets and still break even.
