Baccarat Chemin de Fer Rules

Punto banco is gambled on with eight decks of cards in a shoe. Cards below ten are counted at face value while at the same time 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is one. Bets are placed on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these are not actual people; they just represent the 2 hands that are dealt).

Two hands of 2 cards are then given to the ‘house’ and ‘player’. The value for each hand is the sum total of the cards, but the first digit is ignored. e.g., a hand of five and six has a score of 1 (5 plus 6 = 11; ignore the first ‘1′).

A 3rd card may be given based on the following rules:

- If the gambler or bank gets a value of eight or 9, both players hold.

- If the gambler has 5 or lower, he takes a card. Players otherwise hold.

- If the player stands, the banker takes a card on five or lower. If the player hits, a table is employed to decide if the bank holds or hits.

Baccarat Banque Odds

The greater of the two scores wins. Winning bets on the bank payout nineteen to Twenty (equal cash minus a five percent rake. The Rake is kept track of and paid off when you quit the game so make sure you still have money left before you quit). Winning bets on the gambler pay 1 to 1. Winning bets for tie frequently pays 8:1 but sometimes nine to one. (This is a poor wager as a tie occurs less than 1 in every ten hands. Be cautious of betting on a tie. Although odds are astonishingly better for 9 to 1 versus 8 to 1)

Played correctly baccarat chemin de fer provides fairly good odds, aside from the tie bet of course.

Punto Banco Method

As with all games baccarat chemin de fer has some general false impressions. One of which is close to a myth in roulette. The past isn’t an indicator of future events. Recording previous results at a table is a waste of paper and an affront to the tree that surrendered its life for our paper desires.

The most established and probably the most favorable scheme is the one, three, two, six technique. This technique is deployed to pump up earnings and minimizing risk.

Begin by placing 1 dollar. If you succeed, add another to the two on the table for a sum total of 3 dollars on the second bet. If you succeed you will now have six on the table, take away four so you are left with 2 on the 3rd wager. Should you succeed on the third wager, add 2 to the four on the table for a sum total of six on the fourth round.

If you lose on the first round, you take a hit of one. A win on the 1st bet followed by a loss on the 2nd causes a loss of two. Wins on the 1st two with a defeat on the third provides you with a profit of two. And wins on the initial three with a defeat on the fourth means you experience no loss. Succeeding at all 4 wagers leaves you with 12, a take of ten. This means you will be able to lose the 2nd bet five instances for each favorable streak of 4 rounds and still experience no loss.
